Your data, plainly

What we store: your name, email and timezone; a Telegram chat id if you connect the bot; and what you keep in the app: your habits, tasks and reminders, your check-ins, and your game progress (squad, XP, gold, cards, battles and trophies), saved to your account so it is the same on every device. If you used the earlier version of Limitless Habits, its habits and check-ins stay stored too. Nothing else.

Who sees it: you. Rows are isolated per member at the database level. Cody can access the database to run the product and does not read members' habits except to fix a problem you raise.

Services: hosted on Railway (app and database), encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in emails go through Resend. Reminders go through Telegram: each reminder or /today reply carries the name of the habit or task, so Telegram receives those names, and the Done and Skip taps you make there.

AI: the one place AI is used is importing a routine from a photo. If you choose a photo, that image goes to Anthropic's Claude (or, only if Claude is unavailable, Google Gemini) along with today's date, and comes back as proposed habits that you review before anything is saved. Your saved habits, check-ins, game progress and email address are never sent. The Telegram bot involves no AI: it reads your reminders from the app and records your Done and Skip taps.

Membership check: to confirm you are a Limitless member we read your subscription status from the Limitless systems you already belong to. We never write to them.

Your control: delete your account from Settings and everything goes with it, including your saved habits and game progress. Questions: cody@limitlesslifestyle365.com.
